• Please read and follow the steps carefully.  

• Make sure you add all students attending Olathe Public Schools,only. If you have other students attending another school district, enter them as household members. Remember is only ONE application per household.  

• Make sure you get a confirmation number at the end of the transaction, this means your application went thru and we can pull it up from the system, review it and process it accordingly. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a notification letter letting you know the eligibility status. (If you did not receive a notification letter within ten BUSSINESS days, please contact us). We will always notify the household, if they have been approved for free, reduced or if it was denied due to income.  

• Try not to click the "Previous Step" button. Please wait until the very end of the process, where you will get a review screen, there you can review all the information you’ve entered and make changes, if necessary.  

• If you get an error or a duplicate message, you will need to start over. You can either clean your browser’s history or use another internet browser (ex: if you were using Internet Explorer, change it to Chrome.)
